Lin-Manuel Miranda And James Corden’s Broadway Carpool Karaoke Is Worthy Of A Tony Award!

James Cordon has made quite a name for himself since taking over from Craig Ferguson on The Late Late Show last year.

Fans of the show were initially skeptical about this unknown Brit taking over a show Ferguson – another Brit – had made his own for a decade. However, they soon began to warm to the amiable thirty-seven-year-old thanks in no small part to his ‘Carpool Karaoke’ section on the show.

For those unfamiliar with the concept, Corden drives around New York City with various celebrity guests in the passenger and back seats, singing along to songs on the car’s radio. It’s such a popular segment, that many people have credited it with saving the whole show.

Corden’s popularity has grown to the point that he even recently hosted the Tony Awards.
